Fire, sun and water are three great loves for Arizonans. This beautiful remodel makes the most of these three elements with style and panache. The McPherson home, located in sunny Paradise Valley has been remodeled by Kendle Design Collaborative in a contemporary Mexican vernacular that celebrates the beauty of the Arizona clime.Original touches like the open-air shower make the new master bedroom suite anything but ordinary. The interior has been reconfigured to orient spaces toward a covered patio where a glowing fire warms the reading of the morning paper. Later, the McPhersons can enjoy the song of birds as they eat breakfast in the adjoining outdoor dining area. In the evening they can savor a glass of wine as they watch the sun set from the new elevated viewing terrace.
